Waitlist & Appointments

Due to high demand, we currently have an extensive waitlist for both assessments and therapy sessions. We're actively expanding our team to reduce wait times.

For assessments, we contact clients who’ve submitted their intake questionnaires.
We also offer a standby list for suitable clients open to last-minute cancellations.
If therapy is recommended after assessment, you will be placed on a therapy waitlist.

Hearing Services

We were previously part of Brindabella Hearing and Speech Centre. While the speech therapy service is now operating independently as Brindabella Speech Therapy, the hearing services continue to operate from the original location under the same trusted team.
